Vendor Terms
Version 2026-04-28-draft · Last updated 2026-04-28
These Vendor Terms govern applications to and participation in the HostDesk vendor network. They apply to independent third-party service providers who use HostDesk technology to receive coordination, work orders, and related communications.
1. Independent contractor acknowledgment
By submitting a vendor application or otherwise participating in the HostDesk vendor network, you confirm that you are applying as an independent business or vendor, not as an employee. You acknowledge that HostDesk is a technology and coordination service, that approval does not guarantee assignments or income, and that any future work may be governed by separate vendor terms, work orders, property and client requirements, and applicable law.
Submitting an application does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or contractor engagement with HostDesk or SHD. Vendors remain independent businesses and are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, taxes, tools, labor, and compliance.
